Privacy

Privacy policy.

What we collect through this website, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Effective October 21, 2026

This policy covers inlinewebstudio.com and any inquiry you send through it. Inline Web Studio (“we”, “us”) is run by Benjamin Graham Richards. By using this website or sending us an inquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information you give us

When you use the start page form, we receive the details you choose to send:

  • Your name, email address and business name.
  • Your current website, if you share it.
  • The package, payment plan, extras and launch timeframe you select.
  • What you already have for your website, and anything you write about your business.

Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, health information or other sensitive details through the form or by email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.

The “Print this summary” and “Email it to someone” buttons work entirely in your own browser and email app. We don’t receive that summary unless you send it to us.

2. Information collected automatically

We don’t use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, tracking pixels or third party scripts on this website. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. It may also use strictly necessary security measures, which can include short lived security cookies, to block attacks and spam. Because we don’t track you across websites, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” signal to switch off.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry and answer your questions.
  • To prepare a recommendation, scope and price for your website.
  • To provide, support and bill for any services you agree to buy.
  • To keep accurate business, accounting and tax records.
  • To protect this website and our business from spam, fraud and misuse.
  • To comply with the law and to enforce our agreements.

We don’t run a mailing list and won’t send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email forwarding), Resend (delivers form submissions to us by email) and Google (our email inbox). They handle your information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Legal reasons: if we are required to by law, regulation, court order or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Inline Web Studio, our clients or others.
  • Business changes: if Inline Web Studio is ever sold, merged or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it as this policy describes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and keep accurate business records. If you become a client, we may keep project and billing information longer where needed for accounting, tax or legal reasons. When we no longer need information, we delete it.

6. How we protect it

This website uses HTTPS encryption, we work with established service providers, and we limit access to your information to what is needed to serve you. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please share only the details needed to discuss your website.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some information where the law requires it or for legitimate business records. We respond as soon as we reasonably can and within any time limit the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will honor those rights where they apply, and we will never treat you differently for using them.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Other websites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
